Knicks Battle Blazers in Portland Showdown
The New York Knicks rolled into Portland looking to get back on the winning track against the shorthanded Trail Blazers squad. While the Knicks were missing a few key pieces themselves in Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson, they aimed to take advantage of a Blazers team ravaged by injuries.
Portland was without several starters including Anfernee Simons, Jerami Grant, Malcolm Brogdon, and Shaedon Sharpe. Even sharpshooting rookie Jabari Walker and recently acquired big man Robert Williams III were out of commission.
